The high lying Paarl vineyard farm with south facing slopes of the mountain with decomposed granite soils give fruity aromas and weight. Blended with a cooler climate vineyard, bush vines from Darling with richer Malmesbury shale soils and a cool breeze from the Atlantic Ocean contributes to the fresh acidity and subtle flower notes.
