Winefolk (Pty) Ltd is a business in the electronic retail industry that markets wine & non alcoholic products.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within two days and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail (for eg booking number / booking voucher etc). Must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.
|Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Winefolk (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Winefolk (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.(If appropriate – provide details of your policy regarding damaged goods). Also mention guarantees, warranties, etc.
Winefolk (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). |Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Winefolk (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
|Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Winefolk (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customer details will be stored by Winefolk (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Promotions will be available between 00h00 on Friday 27 November and 23h59 on Monday 30 November on the Winefolk Online Shop.
Free delivery to main centres in South Africa when you spend R500 or more.
Regional areas will incur a shipping surcharge.
Make sure you receive a notification that your card transaction was successful. Stock on failed card transactions will not be held.
