Description
Fairview Chenin Blanc 2025 is made from vineyards in Darling and on Paarl Mountain, grown in decomposed granite soils that deliver freshness and bright fruit. Harvested early, the wine was mostly fermented in stainless steel, with a small portion in older French oak for added texture, then rested briefly on fine lees.
Pale straw in colour, it shows tropical fruit, candied pineapple, stone fruit, and subtle citrus. The palate is medium-bodied with gentle creaminess and crisp, dry acidity. Fresh and versatile, it pairs beautifully with Southeast Asian cuisine, pork with caramelised apple, seafood, pasta, risotto, and Fairview goat’s cheese.
