The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc hails from dryland vineyards in Darling and the sun-kissed slopes of Paarl Mountain. These sites benefit from meticulous viticultural practices, including precise vineyard monitoring and tasting to ensure grapes are picked at their tropical-flavour peak. Harvested in early February 2023, the result is a beautifully expressive wine.

In the glass, expect an explosion of tropical fruit aromas—granadilla, guava, and a hint of fig. On the palate, it’s bright and zesty, with fresh citrus notes and vibrant tropical flavours. The wine is clean, refreshing, and finishes with a crisp touch of lemon that makes it incredibly moreish.
