After gentle destemming and crushing, the juice was left briefly on the skins for colour and aromatics before being cold-fermented in stainless steel. Bottled young, this wine is designed for pure, immediate enjoyment.
In the glass, it glows blush pink with aromas of strawberry, cherry, rose petals, and subtle pomegranate. The palate is lively and crisp, bursting with juicy red fruits and lifted by delicate spice from the Cinsaut.
