Stone Town Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2024 is a 58% Cabernet Sauvignon and 38% Merlot blend from carefully selected Coastal vineyards. Grapes were harvested early to retain freshness, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and matured for 12 months in seasoned French and American oak.
The wine pours a deep ruby colour, with layered aromas of blackberry, cassis, plum, and subtle spice. The palate delivers juicy black and red fruits supported by fine tannins and soft oak notes. Cabernet brings structure, while Merlot adds velvety roundness, leading to a smooth, lingering finish. Versatile and food-friendly, this blend pairs beautifully with grilled meats, slow-braised beef, mushroom risotto, roasted aubergine, or tomato-based pasta dishes.
