Description
This Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on the coastal slopes south of Stellenbosch and in the cool Darling region, where the Atlantic breeze helps the grapes ripen slowly and fully. The harvest takes place early in the morning to capture the freshest flavors. After gentle fermentation and 12 months aging in French oak barrels, the wine reveals a deep garnet color with aromas of blackcurrant, violets, and a hint of cigar box.
On the palate, expect medium-bodied flavors of cranberry and plum, balanced by subtle oak spice and finished with refined, silky tannins. A classic coastal Cabernet that’s both elegant and approachable.
