Sourced mainly from dryland bush vines planted in 1997 on our Malmesbury farm, this Pinotage captures the essence of the Swartland. A touch of Darling fruit adds fresh lift and cool-climate clarity. Picked in February 2024, the wine shows vibrant plum and cherry aromas with warm caramel undertones. Rich and smooth on the palate, it offers dark berry flavours. It pairs beautifully with bold, spiced Indian cuisine or a perfectly aged steak, proving that Swartland remains Pinotage’s true home.
