Description

Meet the wine that turns every gathering into a celebration Spice Route Chakalaka 2018 Magnum. Named after the famously spicy South African relish that brings friends around the fire, this magnum-sized bottle is all about togetherness, flavour, and fun.

Hand-harvested from rugged Swartland bush vines, six grape varieties (Shiraz, Mourvèdre, Grenache Noir, Carignan, Durif, and Tannat) join forces to create one seriously expressive blend. After a patient year resting in seasoned French and American oak, the result is silky smooth, brimming with juicy blackcurrant, ripe cherries, and succulent plums.

It’s the kind of wine that begs to be opened when the braai is going strong, when slow-roasted meats hit the table, or when that Asian-inspired dish with sticky plum sauce makes its entrance. Big, bold, and beautifully balanced, this magnum is made for sharing and it doesn’t just hold wine, it holds memories waiting to be made.
