Light golden straw colour with tints of green in the glass. A nose of white pear, melon and apricot layered with mineral notes. It has an interesting viscosity that coats the palate with well integrated oak which provides spicy complexities and a full depth of flavour. Surprisingly complex layers on the palate for such a fresh style. Typical dry finish and great length and acidity will age beautifully.
