This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced primarily from the cool, coastal vineyards of Darling, with a small portion from a Paarl site to add depth. The coastal influence brings a lovely natural acidity and brightness to the wine, perfectly suited to the variety.
In the glass, it’s a bright pale yellow with lifted aromas of fig, grapefruit, and subtle herbal undertones. The palate follows with layers of fresh tropical fruits, zesty lime, and a crisp, clean finish that lingers.
