Description
Goats Do Roam White 2025 is a blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Marsanne sourced from Paarl Mountain vineyards, with small portions from Darling. The warmer Paarl sites contribute fruit expression, while the Darling component adds freshness and elegance.
Harvested in the first three weeks of February 2025, the grapes were gently pressed using only free-run juice and cold fermented in stainless steel, with the components left on their lees before blending.
The wine shows a vibrant light green colour with aromas of crisp stone fruit, blossoms and citrus. The palate is fresh with tropical flavours, bright acidity and a mineral finish. Best enjoyed within 1–2 years
