Fairview Tannat 2024 is a striking red that showcases a variety known for character and structure. Grown on the lower slopes of the farm, the vines are carefully managed to produce balanced fruit with depth and intensity. Extended skin contact and 16 months in French oak add layers of complexity and refinement.
Deep and dark in the glass, it opens with aromas of sweet black cherries, spiced plums, and hints of dark raspberry. The palate is richly textured with generous fruit and a signature firm tannin finish built for ageing. A rewarding match for grilled lamb cutlets or pork fillet mignon.
