Fairview Petite Sirah 2022 is a bold, full-bodied red from Paarl Mountain, grown on decomposed granite soils that deliver colour, structure, and intensity. Handpicked grapes were fermented in stainless steel with gentle pump-overs and matured for 24 months in French and American oak to refine the tannins.

Deep purple in colour, the wine shows ripe plum, dark berry, dried olive, and warm spice aromas. The palate is rich and powerful with firm tannins and a long, dry finish. Built to age for up to 8–10 years, this expressive red pairs beautifully with grilled steak, slow-cooked beef, lamb, or hearty vegetarian dishes.
