Individual vineyard parcels were fermented in stainless steel, clay amphorae, and older French oak barrels, with extended lees contact adding creaminess and texture before a 10-month maturation.

Description

Sourced from two distinctive vineyards, the high-altitude Paarl block lends fruity weight and richness, while the cooler Darling bush vines contribute fresh acidity and subtle floral notes. The wine shows a light golden hue with aromas of hay, citrus, stone fruit, and fresh herbs.

On the palate, fresh apple and peach flavors lead to a creamy mouthfeel and a minerally finish. Perfect now or with 2-3 years of cellaring, this wine pairs beautifully with seared tuna spiced with Asian flavors or a cold beef fillet.
