Description
Sourced from premium blocks on the slopes of Paarl Mountain, the grapes grow in rich decomposed granite soils with cool, south-facing exposure. The final blend is a harmonious mix where no single variety dominates, offering pale yellow colour with layered aromas of stone fruit, papaya, and lemon rind complemented by subtle oak.
The palate is complex and textured, revealing herbal fynbos notes, fresh crunchy grape sweetness, pithy tannins, and a bone-dry minerality with a refreshing finish. Perfect with Asian-inspired dishes, creamy pasta with salmon and capers, or fresh seafood. With fine tannin structure, this wine has excellent ageing potential over 3 to 5 years.
