Description

Back’s Blend White 2025 is a vibrant Cape white blend made from Roussanne (50%), Viognier (35%), and Sauvignon Blanc (15%), sourced from Paarl and Darling vineyards grown in decomposed granite soils. Early morning harvesting and cold fermentation in stainless steel preserved freshness, while six months on fine lees added texture and balance.

Pale straw in colour, the wine shows rich pineapple, sweet tropical fruit, apricot, and subtle floral notes. The palate is medium-bodied with yellow stone fruit, bright citrus freshness, and a clean, refreshing finish. Best enjoyed chilled within 1–2 years, this versatile white pairs beautifully with salads, sushi, Asian-inspired dishes, cheese platters, vegetables with dips, and Fairview goat’s cheese or Camembert.
