The Malbec, grown on Paarl Mountain’s granite-rich soils, brings plush red fruit, while the cooler Darling Shiraz adds spice and depth. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine matured for 10 months in seasoned French and American oak, enhancing balance and character.
