Chardonnay Is A Varietal Which Can Be Made In So Many Different Styles – From The Well-Known, New World “Big And Oaky” Styles To The Elegant, Fresh And Mineral Chablis. We Prefer The Latter And, For That Reason, We Set Out To Find Cool Sites With A True Sense Of Place.
This elegant Chardonnay shows a distinct minerality, green apple and notes of stone fruits. With the longer spontaneous fermentation, the wine developed much more complexity and a beautiful length on the palate, without being fatty. Just well balanced with great freshness and texture. Unoaked and understated, but persistent on the finish.
