All cultivars used in the Rhone Reserve were fermented seperatly in open top concrete fermenters after which it matured in 100% French Oak barrels for 6 months. Only 12 barrels produced making a total of 3600 Bottles.
Alluring aromas of smokey graphite, blueberry and spicy fruitcake. A nuance, richly texture masculine palate with structured, grippy tannin and mouthful acidity. Vegan Friendly.
