La Capra Pinotage 2022 is a proudly South African wine made to be enjoyed with ease. Juicy aromas of raspberry and cherry lead into a palate filled with red berry flavours and a touch of vanilla. Gentle acidity and firm tannins bring balance, ending in a smooth, lingering finish.
The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and matured for 12 months in seasoned French and American oak barrels before blending and bottling. Balanced and approachable, it pairs beautifully with grilled meats, smoky dishes, or a hearty vegetable stew.
