The Goatfather 2021 is Don Goatti’s signature blend, a charming fusion of Sangiovese (39%), Cabernet Sauvignon (32%), and Merlot (29%), sourced from cool mountain vineyards in Stellenbosch and Darling. Each component was fermented separately, then matured for 15 months in seasoned French and American oak barrels to achieve balance and depth.

Pale crimson in colour, it opens with soft aromas of fresh red berries, mint, tea leaf, and raw cocoa. The palate is elegant and refined, showing red and black berry flavours, fine oak texture, and a smooth, lingering finish. With its firm tannins and fresh acidity, this wine is both food-friendly and cellar-worthy.
