Dark ruby red in the glass with juicy red berries, warm oak spices and ripe plums, complimented with hints of oak. The palate is smooth and velvety with luscious red fruit, lots of sweetness and balanced with some firm tannin. Enjoy on its own or with your favourite warming winter stew, traditional pap and wors with spicy tomato relish or classic cheese board.
This unique and bold blend predominantly is made from Malbec, Pinotage, Petite Sirah and Tempranillo, all produced from our own vineyards. All the vineyards are from the Paarl region, irrigated and trellised and grown in decomposed granite soil. All grapes produced are 100% Fairtrade certified.
