IN THE VINEYARD
Grapes are sourced from trellised vineyards on the Fairview farm in Paarl.
WINEMAKING
Grapes were de-stalked, crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Post fermentation, the wine was pressed off the skins, transferred to older French and American barrels and matured for 12 months before blending and bottling.
Excellent value, everyday drinking wine.
