Free Shipping Terms & Conditions

Free shipping applies to orders of R1000 or more. Free shipping applies to South Africa only. We ship all of our orders via courier services and shipments are dispatched once payment is confirmed. Orders may take between two to seven working days to all destinations within South Africa.

Orders destined for major centres and cities will have a quicker transit time than those for outlying and remote areas. For very remote destinations not serviced by our courier partners, we will arrange shipment to your local post office or to the nearest accessible town. Any additional costs and delays will be communicated to you by email or telephone. If you are less than satisfied with our service, please contact us.
