Sourced from sun-drenched slopes on Fairview farm in Paarl, with a splash of cool-climate Grenache Blanc from Darling, Goats Do Roam White 2023 is a lively blend perfectly suited to South Africa’s Mediterranean climate. The grapes were harvested during the first two weeks of February 2023, capturing vibrant fruit character and natural freshness.
In the glass, it shows a vibrant light green hue with expressive aromas of white flowers, citrus, and stone fruit. The palate is layered with ripe yellow fruit, crisp pineapple, and a subtle minerality, all wrapped in a fresh, zippy acidity. Best enjoyed within 1–2 years of vintage.
