Beautifully blush in the glass with enticing fruit aromas of summer berries, pear, melon (cantaloupe) and a whiff of spring blossoms. A generous palate with daisy fresh flavours of red apple and cranberry with a lingering pithy dry finish.
Description
The Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Roussanne for this blend were all sourced from vineyards grown on the sunny slopes of Paarl Mountain on the Fairview farm, with a Grenache Blanc component from Darling also added to the blend. These varieties are all well suited for our warm Mediterranean climate.
