Fat Barrel Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Grown in Stellenbosch, this full-bodied dry red was made by nature, with minimal interference and additions, along with wild fermentations ensuring that the wine expresses the unique characteristics of the terroir. After spending a full 26 months in barrel, this wine has been made to age, with a further 6 – 8 years available for it to reach full maturation.

The result is a deep ruby red with spicy mocha, chocolate and tea leaf flavours and a long-lasting finish. Absolutely fabulous with grilled fillet, rump or sirloin steak, yet elegant enough to be enjoyed on its own.
