Fairview Granite White 2025 is a crisp 100% Chenin Blanc grown in decomposed granite soils across the Coastal Region. Picked early for freshness, the free-run juice was cold-fermented and aged briefly on fine lees to add texture. The wine shows bright citrus blossom, pear, and green apple aromas, with flavours of white peach, lemon zest, and a subtle mineral edge. Clean, vibrant, and refreshing, it’s ideal with seafood, creamy pastas, grilled prawns, or Fairview goat’s cheese.
